THE GEM PALETTE DOES NOT OFFER REPAIRS

However, if you have an issue with your jewelry within 30 days of purchase, please let us know by sending an email to thegempalettebyp@gmail.com. Include photos of the damaged item(s) for review. 

If jewelry is damaged during the shipping process or deemed to be defective, we will be happy to exchange the product or provide store credit. However, THE GEM PALETTE is not responsible for the maintenance or improper care of the jewelry.

 

 

SHIPPING RATE

Our standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.90 and orders $50+ gets FREE Shipping. Once your package has been delivered, please contact USPS for any further questions concerning your package OR you may email us at thegempalettebyp@gmail.com.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, We are not offering any returns indefinitely.
